  3. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order without assigning reasons.

Shipping & Delivery

  2. Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to logistics constraints, force majeure events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  3. The Company shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, shall be displayed at the time of checkout and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Risk & Title

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the specified address.

Returns & Replacements

Returns or replacements shall be accepted only under the following conditions:

  2. A request is raised within 48 hours of delivery, supported by valid proof

Return Eligibility

  2. Customized, made-to-order, or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective
